Shipping to USA Amazon FBA
We consolidate your various inbound shipments and send them to USA Amazon Fulfillment Centers from Canada with the one of the lowest shipping rates.
Amazon Returns / FBA Removal Orders
Customers that need to remove their inventory from Amazon FBA to another address in Canada can use this service. The manpower required to provide this service prevents many prep facilities from doing so because once inventory has been removed from FBA centres, it is shipped directly out without being consolidated which will result as the address of the removal place will be inundated with a lot of single unit shipments. However, we are providing this service with a very affordable price.
Box Forwarding
When your items don’t require any prepping work, this service is the right fit. We will store and forward your boxes as the way we receive them to Amazon FBA or other addresses. Or, if needed we can consolidate or separate your items into larger or smaller boxes.

Retail Arbitrage Support
There are thousands of people selling on Amazon Canada who are living in some other corner of the world. They are mostly enjoying benefits of Online Arbitrage, Private Label and maybe Wholesale. Now it’s time to take advantage of the benefits of Retail Arbitrage too. Even if you are on the other side of the world, we are ready to pick up your orders from thousands of large retail stores in Ontario, then we will pack them up and send them to Amazon for you. If you need us to, we can even pay for you without any fee.
We know that there are many high profit items are not being shipped by some retailers. Just let us know what you want through your Dashboard and we will go to store buy/pick that for you.
Online Arbitrage Support/Buy For Me
This is a totally free service provided by PrepBuddies if you are letting prepbuddies to take care with prepping and sending to Amazon.
Some of the largest retailers do not accept international credit/debit cards. Or whatever the reason, if you are having hard time shopping online, just let us know through your dashboard and let us take care of the rest. We will buy that item, make it shipped to us, pack and send to Amazon in no time. Or we can make the item shipped to another address too.
When it comes to speed, we are the best. We guarantee you that we will prep and send every inventory to Amazon within 3 days max. Or, related inventory’s prepping fees are free of charge. We will not charge you if we can’t send your inventory in 3 days. However, it depends on below 3 conditions;
First, while you are creating your inbound shipment, or if you are creating a retail/online arbitrage purchase/pickup order, please make sure to select “Send Received Inventory Directly to Amazon FBA”. That will allow us to send your inventory directly to Amazon without seeking further confirmation
Second, make sure to have enough credit on your wallet to cover prepping fees of the related inventory.
Third, we can not guarantee to send your inventory to FBA in 3 days unless you let us connect your Amazon account and let us print item labels and shipping labels. Don’t worry your account is safe with us, however this is totally optional, you may choose to create item and shipping labels yourself and send them to us. But, in this case, process will be just a bit longer.
Yes, and we ship with a very affordable price.
You may even combine different inbound shipments that you have shipped to us. When we receive your shipments, we will prep items and we will consolidate boxes to minimize shipping cost.
Yes, it is free. When you order us to dispose any of your item. We will deliver it to local Goodwill Donation Centers.
We do not limit ourselves. We work with Online Arbitrage, Private Label or Wholesale Sellers.

We don’t have any monthly fees.
Yes we do. And, we provide the 3 day guarantee (Please see FAQ “How Long It Will Take My Inventory Prepped and Sent to Amazon?” for more info) prepping and shipping.
Inventory planning permission, allows us to sync with your Amazon Seller Account and print out FNSKU labels for every item and shipping labels for every box to be sent to Amazon which will speed up our process significantly. When you register for an account, you will receive an e-mail to walk you through how to give PrepBuddies to manage inventory planning of your Amazon Seller Account.
Don’t worry, your account is safe with us. However, you may choose to opt out. In this case we will need you to do following;
As soon as you create an inbound and send items to us, e-mail FNSKU labels for every items in your shipment.
Once we receive, prep and put your items in boxes, we will e-mail you the quantity, dimensions and weight of the boxes to be sent to Amazon.
Create your shipment plan using the information of the boxes we sent to you and e-mail us the shipping labels. We will print them, stick them on the boxes and send the boxes to Amazon.
Every costumer account has a distinct address that serves as the recipient of all shipments made to PrepBuddies. You will find your unique address on your PrepBuddies dashboard. Please register for an account to receive your own dashboard address.
However, our zip code in Canada is N5X 0B7 for costumers to receive a shipping estimate from vendors without opening an account.
Yes, we do. However, we do not clean them. We will remove old stickers, put in a polybag, label them and send them to FBA.
During account activation with PrepBuddies, you will be asked to read our service agreement (Terms of Service) and than agree on our services.

PrepBuddies take full responsibility for the lost and damaged items which are caused by us. We are not responsible for shipments which don’t reach to our warehouse or shipments after carrier picks up.

1- Dashboard > inbound > send inventory
2- Fill out the form for each of your items included in the shipping to be sent to us.
3- When you fill out the form for one of your item, click to enter your next item.
4- Please make sure to check the box “Send Received Inventory Directly to Amazon FBA.” So, you will not need to fill out the outbound form to let us ship your inventory to Amazon. When we receive your shipment, we will prep your items and send them to Amazon FBA without further confirmation from you.
5- Click Send Shipment so you will complete your shipping plan.
Please estimate your prep costs using our Pricing Page on our website and top of your wallet so you will have enough balance for prep fees which will speed up the process.

Use your PrepBuddies address when you are creating a removal order on Amazon.
During receiving, if any damage detected on a shipping box, we will immediately open the box and check for damages on items. If any damage detected on the items we will take photos and reject the shipment so you can claim a refund for rejected delivery. We will report damaged items and rejected deliveries to you with pictures.
