We prepare your inventory in complete compliance with Amazon's packing and prep guidelines and send it to Amazon fulfillment centers. We are the only FBA prep center that guarantees a fast prep and shipment process: your inventory prepped and sent in a maximum of 3 days, or our services are free. And with the lowest prep fees in Canada, it is also the most affordable.
We don't want to see our customers missing any opportunities. Send your inventory from Canada to Amazon fulfillment centers in the United States: we consolidate your various shipments, ship them to Amazon FBA USA, and take care of customs clearance for free, one of the cheapest routes to US FBA centers.
We deal with your Amazon returns. When we receive your item from Amazon we inspect it, take pictures, evaluate its condition and report to you immediately. On your direction we send it back to Amazon or forward it to another address. If you choose to dispose of an item, we donate it to local Goodwill Donation Centers, and as an appreciation of your goodwill, we don't charge you for that removal order.
We store your boxes and forward them once you need them on the market, at affordable prices.
Your part is a purchase and a form. Everything between your supplier and Amazon's dock is our job.
Order as usual, then open Dashboard → Inbound → Send Inventory and list the items. Tick "Send Received Inventory Directly to Amazon FBA" so we can ship without waiting on you.
Shipments that arrive before 2 pm are checked in the same day. Damaged boxes are opened on the spot, photographed and reported to you; rejected deliveries are documented so you can claim your refund.

We build the FBA shipment, assign box contents and ship with Amazon's Partnered Carrier. Boxes are consolidated to minimize your shipping cost.
You are notified at receipt, when prep completes, and when your inventory ships, within 3 business days or the prep is free.
The guarantee has three conditions: select "Send Received Inventory Directly to Amazon FBA" on your inbound, keep enough wallet credit to cover that inventory's prep fees, and connect your Amazon account so we can print item and shipping labels. Connecting is optional, but opting out takes longer. Full details in the FAQ.
When we said we are a 100% FBA prep center, we meant it. From your dashboard you can create inbound and outbound shipments, manage your Amazon returns, request box forwarding, and request photos and videos of your inventory, all in a few clicks.
